Ms. Courtney
Hi, my name is Courtney Winzeler and I’ll be a Pre-K teacher at Pinion Early Education Center! I have a passion for working with children to instill creativity and curiosity through play based learning. I believe every child is unique and has their own learning style and pace. I have worked with children between the ages of 2 and 12 over the years in local preschools in the Reno area and also in Washoe County School District as a Substitute teacher.I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Nevada Reno and a Masters Degree in Special Education focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder from Grand Canyon University.In my spare time, I enjoy reading, being outside in nature and spending time with my husband and two kids.I am excited to be a part of this amazing school and I look forward to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and learn in.
